Return period

You have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days after receiving the order.  To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at For orders consisting of two or more items, the return period starts once the last item has been delivered.

After withdrawing your order you have another 14 days to return your product. The product must be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount – including the original shipping fee – within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good order.

How to return

For the return shipment, you can use the return service that we offer in collaboration with MyParcel. After your withdrawal you will receive a return link which allows you to register your return on the MyParcel website and print out an address label. The costs for a return shipment from the Netherlands or Belgium via this return service are € 6.95 (incl. VAT). These costs are paid via iDeal or credit card on the MyParcel website.

Cost & risk of return

The cost of the return shipment will be covered by the customer.  These costs amount to approximately € 6.95 (including VAT) per package. If the product is damaged, we may charge you for incurred costs. Thus, treat the product with care and make sure it is packaged well.

What can you return?

Within the return period, you may test the product within reason to determine whether it works satisfactorily. Similar to trying on clothes in a store, you may test an item you order to see whether it meets your requirements. You may not put the item to full use if you do not yet know whether you will keep it.

We do not accept returns for gift cards.

When will I receive my purchase price back?

We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible but no later than 5 days after receipt of the returned items. Did you pay shipping costs when you purchased your order, and are you returning the entire order? Then we will also refund the original shipping fee. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to pay for your order.

Wish to exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all, please contact to do so. However, you do have to bear the cost of returning the product. Always contact us before returning items so that we can first see if a replacement item is available. If the replacement item is (temporarily) unavailable, we will come to an appropriate solution.

In order to exchange, the item must of course be unused and complete. If the product is damaged, we can charge you for the cost incurred..
